Scientists at Meteorological Research Institute have found a link
between oppressive regimes and natural disasters. In a press release
issued by the Institute, the scientists say that after careful
observation of natural disasters in the last decade, they have
discovered an intriguing co-relation between oppressive regimes that
need a change and disasters like cyclones, earthquakes and tsunamis."The link is unmistakable. In 2003, a powerful quake hit Iran, a country ruled by oppressive mullahs, killing 26000 people. In 2004, the biggest Tsunami of modern era hit Indonesia, whose oppressive regime had been causing misery to people of East Timor for several decades. In 2005, a strong quake in Kashmir killed over 85000 Kashmiris, a region that has been split into two, its population oppressed by both its warring owners and jihadis. And now in this year, Myammar, ruled by oppressive Junta, has been hit by a powerful cyclone and China, one of the most oppressive regime in history of oppressive regimes, has been rocked by an earthquake." said Dr. Phil Wancomb, leader of the team doing the study.
"Add to it the fact that in the list of all-time top ten deadliest disasters, China, a country that has always been ruled by tyrannical despots, occupies five of the ten positions." added Dr Wancomb "We have no doubt that natural disasters tend to follow regions of the world that are ruled by oppressive tyrants."
Dr. Thomas Welden, one of the members of the research team, expressed disappointment that while most of the natural disasters strike rogue regimes, the hardest hit are the innocent populations of these countries and not the oppressive rulers of the regions. "While we are yet to unravel the mystery behind the connection between rogue regimes and natural disasters, it is a bit disconcerting to find out that nature mostly attacks the poor and the already oppressed. Had the disasters struck the elite class rulers and killed them, we could have at least made a case for forces of nature being intelligent and mildly benevolent" said Dr. Welden
"If I was not a rational scientist and a firm disbeliever of all things supernatural, I would have almost been inclined to believe that mother nature was in competition with the oppressive regimes to prove that none can beat her in causing maximum oppression to the population." said Roger Hamlock, another distinguished member of the team. "It appears as if 'mother nature' (if such an entity exists) doesn't like despots and dictators taking away all the credit for tormenting their subjects and strikes the very regions that are in news to prove a point that she's the ultimate boss of our world, not the puny men in power." added Dr. Hamlock.
Pat Robertson, televangelist, reacting to the above report, said that this study proves that God is indeed with America and against our enemies. "'God Bless America' is not just an empty, rhetorical slogan. God is truly with us, has blessed us and does his part in wiping out those who hate us"
Meanwhile, leftists and liberals in US are pooh-poohing the study, pointing out the absurdities of the so-called link between rogue regimes and natural disasters "USA is the biggest rogue of all and CIA is the mother of all terrorist organizations. If there was such a link, U.S would have been hardest hit by disasters" said Bill Thermon, activist with Green Party. Conspiracy theorists too have rejected the findings of the study and are pointing their fingers at US military run HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) for most of the big disasters that have struck parts of the world in conflict with U.S. Quote this article on your site
