Handling cases of Crime and sex is routine business for the Police of any state. However for once the Patna Police is flummoxed by a bizarre complaint filed by a constable against Congress MLA Sunita Devi accusing her of sexual exploitation. They are unable to figure out the proceedings to be carried out in lieu of such a complaint. Apparently the constable even received threats over the phone after he gave an explicit account of the sordid affair to the media.

It has now come to light that there is no provision in the Indian Penal Code dealing with sexual exploitation of a male !! A couple of High Court advocates admitted that such a lacunae does exist in the IPC . Havent’t the Indian law makers heard of Mata Hari, The Amazon Warriors, Cleopatra to name a few femme fatales ?

Sexual exploitation in the normal course implies overpowering someone by use of physical force. Through out history,, our male counterparts have considered women to be the weaker sex. Battered and shattered through every phase of her life how could she ever be in an advantageous position?

They could never have visualized the role played by a modern woman. Being equally adept in all respects , its no wonder that she now has the upper hand !! Besides not much requires to be done to overpower the male species. A dimpled smile, fluttering eyelashes, pouted lips or just a flick of her tresses and a normal hunk can be physically assaulted !! Looks like the Indian male is soon to get a taste of his own medicine !!
