Many musicians, independent artists and starting businesses make use of crowdsourcing to attract people and help them donate to their cause by giving a very good pitch. For one, I love this idea. The ability to pitch directly to your customers and provide them the product or service directly is a beautiful, anti-capitalistic idea that is full of love and passion. Or maybe it is just a too-perfect idea for a new world.

Crowdsourcing had also become a way for scammers to steal money from well-meaning people, specifically those who wish to support their causes. There had been a number of cases here and there, specifically with some individuals and groups making use of crowdsourcing for crime. However, I, for one think that this is the Internet; anybody can see gross or offensive things in it, so crowdsourcing, no matter how useful, can also be destructive.

However, think about it. If a crowd could fund the creation of a device as useful and innovative as an iPhone, a new version of a mobile device interface or a holographic computer, the limits would be endless. The best part is that the brand may increase in value, but it would be grateful to the people who supported it along the way. This means, without any huge business-oriented plans, crowdsourcing might change the world’s market.

However, I am aware that the world governments and corporate markets will not stand idly by if this happens; most probably they would buy the business or, without the anchor of patents and legal acquisition of design and production rights, they would steal patents and sell them for profit.

Compensation claims solicitors are helpful because they can use their knowledge and experience to help you gain the compensation you deserve, but it depends how you interact with your compensation claims expert or personal injury lawyer that could spell your success. Here are a few things to help you gain momentum with your compensation claims expert.

1. Entrust Confidential Information
Compensation claims heavily rely on evidences, and your solicitor could make your claim successful only if you provide them the right information about your personal accident. This means having your medical records, financial losses and expenses and other things the accident affected your life, mentioned to your expert. If you’re sure the solicitor is trustworthy and the Ministry of Justice regulates them, then consider making a claim with them.

2. Schedule a Regular Personal Meeting
Meet with your compensation claims solicitor personally to discuss the issues involved in your claim. They can update you about the details of your compensation claim, including the losses you could get compensation. Talking through the phone or through chat can work, but personal discussion is the best way to ensure that your claim gets all the details, evidences and logic in check with you and your claims solicitor.

3. Patience
Even if you may consider your compensation claims expert as the most professional in your area, it would still take time to guarantee the success of your compensation claim. Compensation claim solicitors will still align and parallel your claim to cases that it shares similar characteristics with, analysing the court’s final decision and ensuring your evidences are in check. Be patient with your claims solicitor as they are not miracle workers.

Payment protection insurance did not cause trouble just to customers, but also to the culprits, the banks themselves and the resolving agencies, such as the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Today, the FOS receives at least 1,500 PPI claims on a daily basis and has reached at least 11,000 claims weekly. Chief Ombudsman Natalie Ceeney calls on bank call centres to investigate and resolve more claims to help alleviate the heavy workload of the FOS.

The FOS processes consumer claims and reports that at least 7 out of the 10 PPI claims rejected by banks are valid claims. Ceeney says that banks should do more investigating and avoid delaying and hassling their customers with regards to their PPI claims. She encourages that the increase in PPI claims is due to customers directly filing claims with the FOS to avoid delays with their banks.

The banks report that they have done “everything they could” in resolving certain cases of PPI. They are trying to neither hassle nor delay their customers; the banks said that claims management companies, who cannot file claims in proper channels, are the ones slowing down the process.

However, reputable claims management companies are not to be blamed, according to the Ministry of Justice. According to the CSC policy director Andy Wigmore, there is great evidence that banks are trying to delay and hassle customers and that claims management companies have a goal to ensure that customers receive their refunds in full and to try and find out if a customer is mis sold PPI.

One thing that baffled many financial analysts is the rising equities amidst global economic disasters during the 2012 Euro zone crisis. The Euro is falling and Greece still yielded more than 100% of its bond promise, delivering $1000 bond holders more money than they can chew. Clearly, the world is moving to a more gangster-business type investment deal, with many analysts looking at the improvement of Venezuela’s economy after anti-capitalist President Hugo Chavez dies from lung cancer.

Increasing market equities are actually good; they improve the lives of people and make industries and trading more effective for economic stability. As investors become more and more adventurous with their money, they set off great returns. Wise investors who took great risks were rewarded in 2012. Equities, even Spain’s, grew to at least 30% in the last year despite the euro crisis. So what gives?

One explanation for the situation is that investors, without panicking about the entire situation, had accepted the fact that the world economy is failing, and a bit of unique investments can make their instruments play a great note. Their expectations were met and with great uncertainty, they have accepted that they can win or lose with uncertainty. What’s certain is that they should invest their money going down with something historic, just like Greece’s possible return to the Drachma if the investors and the ECB’s Troika have not saved them.

The main point of this discussion is, wishing for the death of a President for economic salvation is a grave impact on morality; it is a behavior that much of 1920′s mobs would show where it is nothing personal, but is only business. Had investors seen the world in a more grimmer version than it was before? One thing’s for sure though; economies won’t likely be improving. Improvements we see are only fluctuations where a greater consequence can and still is likely to happen.

Ah, the Internet. The retreat of the isolated person who has access to all things in life, including entertainment, pornography, science and knowledge. The Internet had made lives better, selling items over the network has become easy and information about products that might seem attractive then fail to deliver is something else. But the Internet has also made a new generation of smart-asses, the so-called Internet ‘trolls’ and wisecracks that appear now and again.

Observe the great television network of Youtube.com. When you explore your favorite videos, you’ll find that media tackling controversial topics, such as anti-religion themed music videos, will have discussions of religion, beliefs and ideas that do not actually make sense but disprove each other. Atheists and belief in objectivity had also made many people wisecracks in their own right.

The truth is that the Internet is only a network of information where many are unfounded beliefs. While most objective truths of atheists, agnostics and humanists are actually there, sometimes, people push their beliefs too far just because it has evidence presented in the Internet and by viable resources. While information sharing is important and crucial and even if dependable, it makes the Internet a development of a bunch of crap.

Being a smart-ass just because you know something is not useful in the Internet. It is good to share information with others, but presenting your ass because you know you are more correct and knowledgeable than the other person is like competing in the retarded olympics, where you’re still retarded even if you win.

One thing that boggles my mind recently is why Washington legalized the trade and usage of recreational Marijuana in Washington and Colorado. Recently, Colorado had a shootout inside its theaters with a man who did not fully understand the world, or that’s how I put it. Marijuana may not cause health complications, but it is quite puzzling why the Colorado residents approved its use in their territory.

Marijuana is actually a healthy herb, also known as cannabis for its scientific name. I have not used Marijuana (as I am stuck with the killing cigarette), and I have heard and observed friends who used such to be more light-headed and funny-talking than usual. I have nothing against Marijuana usage; I’m only thinking about the people who can take advantage of the situation.

Hood and gangster killings and underground selling spots for the acclaimed herb had claimed many lives and has made many profit throughout the years. But clinically, marijuana is a safe substance to consume as it can relax the human body. What puzzles me is why it might be illegal is because it is easy to grow, easy to sell and it currently does not have any taxes.

Just like the many things that needed proof and were banned by public demand in the past due to lack of evidence, marijuana may be one of them. In the past, it was not possible to prove marijuana is safe. The only historical accounts of marijuana is inducing violence just like excessive alcohol consumption does to people. But then, do you approve? If you haven’t smoked marijuana, like me, do you approve?

For one, I don’t, not because of the potential harm it does, but because it is the elite and upperclass men who would benefit from the sales.

There is a lot of ground to be covered if you want to effectively work with no win no fee claims experts. While many people see them as a great help when it comes to claiming, the work of a claims expert can only be effective if the client cooperates with the expert him or herself. Ensuring that you have all these details fulfilled is important, so take note of the following.

1. Location

Working with a claims expert means meeting with them on a regular basis to discuss the details of your claim. Your first interaction with them may be via phone, but the nitty-gritty details of your claim need to be discussed personally. Seek a claims company that is near your location, just within the city or a 30 minute drive from your home. Do not look for anything further even if the claims company has a better no win no fee deal; it is important that you reduce your expenses in travel as you may be paying so much for more of your effort.

2. Information

Claims companies have a a confidentiality agreement with their customers and this is important to consider first before imparting information to your claims expert. However, the information is important to be discussed; claims experts are not miracle workers nor mind readers. You will need to provide the information about the details of your claim so that they can estimate how much compensation you deserve to have.

3. No Win No Fee

Of course, always consider a no win no fee claims company to work with. No win no fee guarantees that you get all your repayments and only pay for the legal representative’s fees upon successfully claiming a satisfactory compensation amount. You don’t have any financial responsibility should the no win no fee claim fail. For more information click here.

I was watching the news in the last couple of months, following everything right from Malala Yousafzai’s shooting, to the shooting of the children in Sandy Hook Elementary School by a half-autistic kid and following this string of events, I ended up seeing people protesting against the private ownership of guns. I found it to be a bit odd, and a bit problematic to my own end.

You see, I’m a gun and self-defense enthusiast. I train my wife how to defend herself using anything she has on hand, ala Krav Maga, as I learned it through my father and improved on it based on the Israeli martial art. I own at least a .45 caliber pistol and a magnum just for self-defense. I clean them daily and I got to target ranges to warm them up so they don’t grow old.

Now, about the gun ownership debate in the US, clearly, it is not the fault of the kid that his mom had guns at her home. What they should be more concerned about is how the kid accessed the guns without the permission of his mother. If the movies were true and kids with autism had great intellect or memory and he had broken his mother’s gun lock, then we’re in trouble and I would agree to the gun ban. But no; clearly his mother did not secure the gun properly.

I lock my pistols in a thick safe in which I only know the combination. I cannot let my wife handle the gun under any circumstance because she isn’t trained and it could injure her if she does not have any experience holding the gun. If the mother of that kid only knew how to secure that gun’s safety and secrecy properly from her child, then she, and 23 other children and educators, would have lived.

There are a lot of compensation claims being filed lately and most of these are no win no fee accident claims from all across the country. A lot of personal injuries have been reported and people have now come to know the importance of having those personal injuries filed claims for because the compensation it can give the victim is very much helpful not only to medical bills but as well as other losses as well. You have to make sure that you set the right evidences to have your claim well supported because liability is the main issue you have deal with when it comes to that.

Before even thinking about filing compensation claims, you have to have those personal injuries that would be the basis for it. You can experience personal injuries almost anywhere and this is the reason why you would really need the compensation because if you are an unsuspecting victim that had been injured because of an accident that you didn’t cause, it isn’t supposed to be you that should be paying for it. For example, if you have been injured at your workplace, you can file work accident compensation claims for them to get you the compensation you need.

You can file any kind of no win no fee compensation claim for any injury that can occur almost anywhere. Some of the possible events that could result to personal injury can be of the following: car accidents, work accidents, medical negligence, pet attacks, chemical substance exposure and many more. They can lead to injuries that can be as simple as whiplash and as horrible as death. The compensation that would be provided by the claims would be very important considering that not only does it cover medical expenses it also covers special damages. This is also the main reason why no matter how small or big the injury is, there is always a compensation that would be appropriate for it.

Throughout history, politics often served one man or a small group with the same interests. The same idea of cronies and corruption roots from the service of this particular political ideology. However, if one small group plays it fair, they can manage to round up more riches and stay in power longer than anyone else can. In Obama’s case, his victory is not one of state corruption, but one of public corruption.

President Obama stays for four more years in the administration as the first black president to make two consecutive terms in the history of America. The public wanted change, so in 2008, they voted for Barack Obama as the sign of that change. Progress evidently rose in the country, economy started to fight back and the U.S. was answering some world problems in the process too.

It may all seem good and all, but in reality, the U.S. administration under Barack Obama had many problems. The result of his previous administration can be felt to day as America tenses for the impact of sequestration, the emergency austerity measures to help the U.S. have a sound financial face for the future. This would mean unemployment and job cuts, which were all generated (rather without forethought just to satisfy short terms) during the previous administration.

Public corruption, as it may seem, is only looking for a symbol of cultural change. Just a symbol, never actually the works. Obama is an educated man, he has democratic ideals in his veins. Mitt Romney, the governor and his competition in the U.S. Presidential race, had narrower ideas. In short, Obama is only a scapegoat to show the ideals of the “public”, which is also its pride, and also its corruption.

We Americans are known for our pride and liberalism. It would be good saving face to have a leader who exudes “cultural change” in every aspect of his personality. This is why we chose him as a scapegoat.
