I was lucky to get a you tube link on Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch from my US based chat friend Ashish. The name sounds Horny though I told my friend. The video link to my surprise was 1 hour 16 minutes in compressed format. I asked my friend did you watch the video link fully. He said no that got my curiosity going so I decided to watch the amazing professor delivering his last lecture, since he is diagonised with pancreatic cancer. Just click and pause while it plays, so that the buffering takes place wait for about 10 minutes so that the streaming files are downloaded and then you can have an uninterrupted feed of the lecture delivered for 10 to 20 minutes. Then again take a break and pause when it starts buffering.

Basically being a professor, he used techniques full of practical examples which is relevant to US economy to teach his audience which comprised of students and corporate czars.
Brick walls are present for a reason, they let us prove how badly we want things. He goes on to explain there are obstacles in life and organization but it is for others not for a determined person to surmount. Some brick walls are made of flesh, which was a classic comment on the opposition bench for any new idea or development.
Imagineering is another beautiful dream cherished by the professor which is beautifully expressed with audio visuals.
How to enable others to achieve the dreams ? If you do something pioneering you are bound to get arrows on your back says the professor. I like Moses get to see the promised land but I can t step into it. It is ok, the Vision is clear. Millions of students having fun while learning something hard that’s pretty cool.
When your father was of your age, he was fighting the Germans in the world war and he had won a citation for bravery, which he did not reveal for 50 years to his wife. Don’t Bail Professor advises because the best gold is at the bottom of barrels of crap. Learn to apolzise when you screw up things or an assignment. Let us wait for Karma, but be prepared to grab the opportunity. Kudos professor for dishing out one of the finest lectures that I have listened to. Watch it friends maybe you can learn more and digest it for achieving your dreams.
